She has now been in the ABA field for 7 years working with children in the clinic and home setting. In 2019, Jess was promoted as an RBT trainer to train new behavior technicians in the state of Washington and worked closely with families in their home. She then started her Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis to continue growing in the field and to one day work as a BCBA. After graduating with her Masters, Jess moved back to Illinois to be close with family after her first nephew was born. Jess has been working as a Case Manager and plans to sit for the BCBA exam by the end of the year. Jess is excited to build relationships with the families and children at Planet Autism!
In her free time, Jess enjoys finding new nature trails to hike/run at and likes to have game nights with her friends. Jess also loves to spend time with her 2 year old nephew and family on the weekends. Jess is the oldest of three and has always been very close with her younger sister and brother. She also loves to find new places to travel with her partner. She likes to find small towns and antique shops to visit during her free time.
